We are not a “break fix” organization that cures the symptom, we look to resolve the root cause of the issue and make you better at whatever it is you do.

Transparency

No hidden voo-doo magic with our pricing. Our pricing model follows industry standards. In short, hourly rates are 2.5 times a technician’s salary and we aim for a profit margin of 50% on monthly managed services offered. According to numerous industry experts, professional organizations and MSP consultants, any less would deem an MSP (Managed Service Provider) “at risk”. We definitely don’t want that!

No Mark Up

Traditionally, most MSPs charge anywhere from 10-20+ percent markup on hardware and software purchases. We don’t do that. Any purchase we suggest is the right product for your needs as we have no financial incentive to “pad” our proposals. *Paid system assessments only.

Corporate Stewardship

We believe whole-heartedly that all companies should support the communities they live and work in. TopTech donates 10% of net profit to non-profit and charitable organizations in our community. Our founder coaches High School Girls Basketball and we are looking at launching an innovative work/study program for high school and college students.
